Nordic Ski With A Ranger
When: February 4th, 11am to 12pm
What: Join Open Space and Trails rangers for a guided Nordic ski tour at North Star Nature Preserve. These relaxed, educational outings offer a chance to explore the landscape while learning about local wildlife, plantlife, land history, and future conservation efforts.

Breakfast Uphill
When: February 6th, 8:45am to 10am
What: Cliffhouse restaurant, located at the top of Buttermilk Mountain, will host Friday Morning Uphill Breakfasts, in which uphill skiers will be able to enjoy breakfast in the restaurant after hiking up the mountain.

Full Moon Uphill
When: February 19th, 6pm to 8pm
What: Cripple Creek Backcountry and Dynafit invite uphillers of all levels (beginners absolutely encouraged!) to skin under the Moonlight. Practice your uphilling with friends under the moon and après with everyone after at the base lodge!
Uphill Meetup for Women
When: February 13th, 5:30pm
What: A Friday night women’s uphill gathering designed to move your body and nourish your mind! All levels welcome. Meet at the base of Fanny Hill with your gear of choice for a 45-minute, all-levels uphill, then head back down to The Collective and Slope & Hatch for post-climb conversation, specials, and good company.

Full Moon Dinner
When: March 1st, 5pm to 8pm
What: Loved by locals and enjoyed by all, the Full Moon Dinners at Cliffhouse invites lunar lovers to skin or hike up the Main route on Buttermilk for a monthly meal beneath an illuminated winter sky.
Banff Mountain Film Festival
When: March 5th, 7pm to 10pm
What: For decades we've enjoyed sharing mountain films and culture with our community. This year's program is filled with stories that inspire adventure, exploration, and stewardship of our natural world. Join us Thursday, March 5th, at 7 PM in the Wheeler Opera House for an evening of outdoor entertainment, culture, and cinema.
Uphill Champagne Lunch
When: March 9th, 12pm to 2pm
What: In celebration of International Women's Day, we're collectively climbing up Buttermilk for a champagne lunch at Cliffhouse on Monday, March 9, 2026. Gather your crew, choose your uphill route, and enjoy some bubbly and a mid-week lunch atop Buttermilk from noon until 2pm.
Boot Tan Fest
When: April 10th to 12th
What: Ski, Dance, Celebrate, Belong. Founded by Buck Wild Coffee, Boot Tan Fest is the largest ski and snowboard festival on the planet for women. This includes cis women, trans women, and non-binary people. Happening April 10-12th at Sunlight Mountain, Glenwood Springs, CO.
