1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days.
  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

Economy Shipping $9 - 5–10 business days

Standard Shipping $18 - 3–5 business days

Priority Shipping $45 - 1–3 business days

Overnight Shipping$75 - 1 business day

Free Economy Shipping Policy:

As a small family business, we are not able offer both free shipping and promotional discounts. Free shipping applies to full-price orders only. Excludes sale items and promotional discount codes.

We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. However, certain remote areas may have limited delivery services, which could extend delivery times.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within United States.
  • Some oversized or hazardous items may have special shipping requirements or additional fees.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes—please provide a physical address when possible.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

The same philosophy as the women's Cadi — Nnormal's most cushioned, most accessible trail shoe — now cut specifically for men. Built for everyday training on moderate trails, long comfortable runs, and any day where cushioning and stability matter more than technical agility.

Built on an adapted Kjerag last with a wider toe box for natural foot splay. Men's specific sizing and proportions throughout. The fit is accommodating and comfortable from the first mile — no significant break-in period.

EExpure foam midsole — Nnormal's supercritical EVA compound, tuned softer in the Cadi than in their more performance-oriented models. 35mm heel stack, 29mm forefoot stack, 6mm drop. Impact-absorbing without feeling disconnected from the trail.

Vibram® Megagrip with 4mm lugs. Consistent traction on dry and wet terrain, stable on hard surfaces, confident on loose or mixed ground. The 4mm lug pattern is versatile for the moderate terrain the Cadi targets.

Absolutely. The stable platform, generous cushioning, and wide toe box make it a forgiving and confidence-inspiring entry into trail running. Nnormal's reputation for quality means you're learning the sport on a shoe worth keeping.

The 4mm lugs aren't overly aggressive, so occasional road sections don't feel jarring. The cushioning handles hard surfaces well. Extended road use will wear the lugs faster than trail use, but for mixed door-to-trail running, the Cadi manages it fine.

Remove insoles after long runs to air dry. Clean mud and trail debris from the outsole after use to extend the life of the Vibram® lugs. Let the shoes dry naturally — not in direct heat, which can degrade foam and adhesives.
