Some may say it’s a bold move to launch our Women’s Collection with a pair of jeans, but what can we say… it’s sort of what we do around here. We wanted to build a jean that “The Sendero Girl” can grab to wear with any outfit, any time of year. We wanted to build something timeless, cool, and essentially Americana. Our first jean is a non-stretch, high-rise, wide leg with a faded wash. Also a bold move, but in truth, we create pieces that we believe in. Frankly, our designer made a pair of jeans that her and all the amigas in the office want to wear. Pair it with our denim jacket for the western look, pair it with hiking boots, heck pair it with your fancy top and diamonds. This jean goes with anything.

We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. However, certain remote areas may have limited delivery services, which could extend delivery times.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within United States.
Some oversized or hazardous items may have special shipping requirements or additional fees.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes—please provide a physical address when possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier before reaching out.
7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for reshipment options (additional charges may apply).
8. International Shipping
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times for international orders vary significantly based on location and customs processing.
